This page is an official document setting out the rules that all players using the mmr9 platform must follow. Please read it carefully before continuing to use our services.

1. General Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the external player ("you", "user") and the mmr9 platform ("platform", "service") and all related services.

By visiting, registering an account on, or playing on mmr9's services in any way, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not continue using the service.

mmr9 aims to build a fair and sustainable gambling environment. These Terms are written to protect the interests of all players and to maintain the integrity of the platform.

Important Notice: This platform is open to players aged 21+ only. Anyone under 21 may not register an account or use any of the services.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

  • The user must be at least 21 years of age.
  • You must provide your personal information accurately and in full.
  • Each person may have only one main account. Opening multiple accounts is not allowed.
  • Users accessing the platform's services from a country or region where such access is prohibited by law are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations of their own country or region.

2.2 Account Security

Your account login credentials (username and password) must be kept confidential and must not be shared with any third party. You are responsible for all activities carried out on your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact [email protected] immediately.

2.3 Account Verification

mmr9 reserves the right to request valid proof of identity to verify a user's account at any time. Refusing to cooperate with verification or submitting false documents may result in the account being suspended.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Requirements

  • Minimum deposit amount: 10,000 Ks (for all methods).
  • Accepted payment methods: KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, Bank Transfer.
  • The name of the depositor must match the name registered on the platform. If they do not match, the deposit may be suspended.

3.2 Withdrawal Requirements

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: 30,000 Ks.
  • Withdrawals are normally processed within 1 hour of the request being made.
  • Withdrawals can only be processed after account verification has been completed successfully.
  • Withdrawals will only be made to your own personal account. Transfers to third-party accounts are not allowed.

3.3 Bank Fees and Charges

mmr9 does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, banks or payment service providers may apply their own charges, and mmr9 is not responsible for those.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

mmr9 offers a 200% bonus (up to 100,000 Ks) on your first deposit. To withdraw the bonus, you must meet a wagering requirement of 15x the bonus amount.

Example:

  • If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 40,000 Ks bonus, giving a total balance of 60,000 Ks. Wagering requirement: 40,000 × 15 = 600,000 Ks.
  • If you deposit 120,000 Ks, you receive a 100,000 Ks bonus, giving a total balance of 220,000 Ks. Wagering requirement: 100,000 × 15 = 1,500,000 Ks.

4.2 Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus can only be claimed once, and each person can receive it once only.
  • Once a bonus has been claimed, withdrawals cannot be made until the wagering requirement has been met.
  • If a player is found playing only with bonus funds without depositing real money, mmr9 reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
  • If bonus abuse is detected, the account may be suspended and the case will be investigated.

4.3 VIP Promotions

mmr9 has three VIP tiers for players: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Bronze members can earn up to 0.3% cashback per week, Silver up to 0.7%, and Gold up to 1.0%. VIP tiers advance through play only — this cashback is a scheme that returns a portion of losses back to you, and is separate from any deposit bonus.

5. Gaming Rules

5.1 Permitted Games

Games available on the mmr9 platform include Slots, Live Casino, Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, football betting, Shan Koe Mee, 2D/3D lottery, Crash Game, Poker, and Esports. For announcements on which games are available, please check the platform's game lobby.

5.2 Prohibited Gaming Practices

  • The use of bots, scripts, automation tools, or any third-party software is strictly prohibited.
  • Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes is not allowed.
  • Exploiting system errors, software defects, or undisclosed methods to gain an unfair advantage is expressly prohibited.
  • If any of these violations are detected, all winnings obtained will be forfeited and the account may be permanently banned.

5.3 Consecutive Results

If a game is frequently suspended due to server errors, software issues, or communication disruptions, mmr9 will not restart the game but will instead handle the round in progress according to the system rules in place at that time, and any money involved will be settled fairly.

6. Prohibited Actions

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Opening an account with false information.
  • Creating multiple personal accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly ("multi-accounting").
  • Engaging in any activity related to money laundering ("money laundering").
  • Threatening, abusing, or harassing our platform staff or other players.
  • Selling or renting out an account to third parties with the intent to defraud.
  • Accessing or extracting the platform's software or data without permission (reverse engineering, scraping).

7. Personal Data Protection

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Suspension

mmr9 may suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • If there is suspicion of a breach of these terms.
  • While an investigation is being carried out.
  • Upon receipt of a legal order.

8.2 Voluntary Closure

If you wish to close your own account, please submit a request by email to [email protected]. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn before closure, and any bonus that has not yet been fully met will be forfeited.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

mmr9 is not responsible for gaming losses, loss of income, loss of expected profits, or issues caused by third parties. The platform's services are provided "as is" and the possibility of interruptions is not pre-declared.

We cannot be held responsible for service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond mmr9's control, such as natural disasters, changes in government law, or failures by third-party service providers.

10. Responsible Gaming

mmr9 always prioritises responsible gaming. Gaming is for entertainment only and should not be treated as a way to earn income. If you feel that gaming is causing financial hardship, stop playing immediately and follow the guidance provided on the Responsible Gaming page.

mmr9 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Please check this page regularly, as continuing to play after changes are announced on the platform will be taken as your agreement to the updated terms.

The mmr9 platform is available to players aged 21 and above only. Anyone under this age may not use any of the services. If we become aware of a breach of this requirement, the account will be closed immediately.
